10-month COURSE BASED ON THE CVARS GUIDE

March - December 2024

Based on five chapters of Caroline's bestselling survival guide, applications are now being accepted for a ten-month course on maximising healing potential, WHATEVER the health challenge you're facing. This course is not just for the Covid vaccine-injured, but also suitable for anyone dealing with a chronic illness.


Starting mid-March 2024, these 80-minute monthly sessions will cover the basics of taking control of your recovery and put you on the path to create a new life that accommodates your illness, but is not defined by it. In between each session, you can submit any questions on that month's theme, to be discussed during the next session. Each session is based on the book, but tailored to your needs. The schedule is as follows: 


  • March & April: SLEEP. Learn how to improve the quality and quantity of your sleep, overcome the obstacles to your sleep patterns, and prioritise sleep as your number one tool to healing.    
  • May & June: FOOD. Design a diet that suits your health needs, learn about labels, and create simple recipes that can be your go-tos when energy is limited.
  • July & August: SYMPTOMS. Learn how to manage your symptoms instead of letting them manage you.
  • September & October: STRESS. Defining and understanding stress and its impact on our bodies, minds, and spirits; and learning the tools that are available to help us manage that impact.
  • November & December: CONNECTIONS. Identifying helpful and harmful connections in our lives, and creating a safe space and boundaries to protect our healing.


This course is open to eight people only. Monthly group sessions will take place over Zoom, around the 15th of each month. Questions in between sessions can be emailed directly to Caroline. One-to-one sessions can be arranged separately but are not necessary. 


Participants must be willing to accept responsibility for and be committed to their own healing. You will be expected to read the relevant chapters in the book, do the exercises that are relevant to you, and possibly even do extra homework in between sessions too. The more motivated you are, the more you will get from this course.


Fees

£40 per 80-minute session (ten sessions in total, paid monthly) or £200 for full payment in advance of all ten sessions (half price).
